Changes have created five online discussion groups where users, trainees and carers can exchange ideas, thoughts, and comments.

It is simple to use and takes very little time to register. Please note: It is advised when registering, you do not list your full name but perhaps a first name and then an initial for confidentiality reasons.

Registered users of the fourms can post messages plus send emails to others via the confidential email service which does not reveal any email addresses, again for confidentiality.

The forums cover the following areas of discussion:

Users Forum
For users of Changes service and anyone seeking to recover from mental distress.

Recovery Forum
For those attending Changes recovery training and the recovery community.

Trainee Forum
For those attending various Changes training courses.

Well Being Forum
Aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting mental wellbeing.

Carer Forum
For those involved in the care of relatives or friends experiencing mental health distress.
