Making Changes

Delivered by an Open College Network accredited Wellbeing Coach, this is a light-touch psycho-educational programme, where you can learn how making small changes can help you to stay, feel and live well.  

Topics covered include: Thinking Well: Seeing the ‘real you’ and cultivating positive attitudes; Staying Well: 5 Ways to Wellbeing, (Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Be Active, Give); Feeling Well: Knowing, showing and sharing your feelings; Living Well: Staying connected – family, friends, social network, community, work. 

3 Week Themed Making Changes (Assertiveness)

Understand your personal rights, how to advocate for yourself and how to say no without feeling guilty.
