Just Be – Mindful

Delivered by a qualified* and experienced mindfulness practitioner, this is an experiential course, with a mixture of meditation practices and cognitive exercises, (accompanied by workbooks, streamed audio files and 1-2-1 coaching) – designed to assist with stress management and to improve psychological and emotional wellbeing.

* CBT MSc and PG Diploma in Mindfulness Teaching (Bangor University)
